Very disappointed. As a first-time mom, I was shocked that they don’t provide any ultrasound prints because “they don’t have a printer.” For a ultrasound clinic , that’s unacceptable. Left with no pictures and no keepsake of my baby. Would not recommend to new moms.
Let’s put this way… i’m going to try not to sound too rude. I needed to get an xray done, i called around 10am to check what time the clinic accepts patients till since they close at 4:30. Receptionist said 3:45pm would be the latest to come for a check in, confirming, that if i leave my work 30 min earlier i would be there on time as the last check in. So at exactly 3:45pm im standing at registration and the receptionist now tells me it’s too late on friday, has a big line up and cannot accept anymore people. While acting p... read more
