If there is less than one star I would put it… I called for ultra sound appointment and I waited for 15 minutes to someone answer me .. and when the receptionist answered she asked for the exact reason for the appointment.. when I told her just a second the requisition right front of me she hanged up the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! She was very rude
Receptionist was excellent and very friendly. The x-ray technician, however, was extremely rude. She called me by the wrong name and made no attempt to correct herself. Also, she was dressed extremely unprofessionally; is it normal for medical professionals to wear worn out graphic tees? Do better.
What good is a chest Xray for respiratory issue if you can’t get results for 5 days? My husband went to ER with his respiratory issue and had results and meds in 1/2 hour.. I go to my Dr. who sends me to this clinic and they can’t even give him a verbal 3 days later?? So frustrating.
I was at the clinic at 1.00pm for my 1.30 appt, the reception staff taking forever to book an appointment for the guy in front of me, going back & forth with time and day selection, line up is building up behind me, with no room for people to wait, 2nd person at the reception was not there, never has seen such a delay in processing patients at front desk
First time at this location, Christina was extremely helpful and went over and above changing my ultrasound appointment from west mountain to stoney Creek location. Very much appreciated.
