I had an unpleasant experience today when speaking to the receptionist Maria to reschedule my appointment. She was rude from the beginning of the conversation and tried to make a point that I had an appt already scheduled and was not happy about me rescheduling it. When I asked to speak to her manager she kept me on hold and came back on the line with her manager present, when she spoke politely in front of the manager. I have been here a few times for different X-rays. It's always been quick to get the x-rays done. There is a woman x-ray tech who is very nice and explains what she's doing. There is also a man x-ray tech who is rude, he had what I think are students and the way he talked to them and to me is unacceptable. He should not have students or see people until he learns some respect and proper approaches to teaching students. We don't need more people like him in front-line health care.

Unfortunately, not a good experience with the staff. Came for ultrasound we were not informed it would take an hour for an appointment neither by receptionist nor radiologist . And my husband was sitting in the waiting room for an hour and just for 5minutes at the last he was called in and they do not have the printer, and you just have to click the pictures in your phone. We ended up paying more for the parking..And also radiologist seemed quite puzzled while doing the ultrasound. In all should have respected someone’s time... read more
