I am going for blood work later this morning. I have always used this facility. The new system of needing an appointment does not work as well for me as the old walk-in system. I know that it allows for staffing levelizing and customers have a locked in time. Theoretically it seems a plus but I need to eat so I can stay civil to those around me so getting there early and waiting worked better for me. Went down to get a lab draw before 4. As on line it says closes at 4. Got there at 3:20 & it was closed at 3. Need to fix online times. Waste of gas.
Nurse lied to me She told me the doctor said to go to a spine Dr. Not true. So many complaints about your staff.
