Always attentive, minimal waits, very friendly people all around
I have never had a problem with my lab draws at Lee. Never a significant wait, friendly knowledgable staff, in and out. In particular the phlebotomy skills of the staff are very, very good. Never a miss and second attempt as there have been a previous places. Very clean facility as opposed to others in the area.
Lab is open til 3:30. I approached the counter to sign in, the receptionist asked if I was there for labwork which I indicated yes, just a blood draw. She told me to wait because the phlebotomist might be leaving. I asked her what time it was, she said 3:25 (prob more like 3:22). She left and came back telling me I'd have to come back some other time because 'she had already packed up'. I indicated this was a fasting test, she said sorry come back another day. The whole process and ease is gone. One person answering phones take people for labs and urgent care. Configuration is totally not user friendly. No one at desk when you show up, no signs to be in the right area. Do not know who is in charge , it is a total fail. If changing things where meant to make thing easier or more efficient , that also a fail. The medical field is a fail.
