I had a great experience here , all the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was explained to me and I was out of there in less than an hour !
Had to cancel an appointment for my mom and the woman I spoke to was an absolute miserable jerk. She couldn't have been less helpful or more unprofessional. Ever since Mass General took over Wentworth Douglass the entire organization has become an enormous dumpster fire.
Charged $9,000 for and MRI that costs $1,350 at Shields MRI.
