This review is for Shelley Landry whom i saw on a follow up in November. Thank you for being thorough during my appointment and taking additional time to determine a course of action for my condition. You answered all my questions and explained everything in great detail 👍👍
My appointment started off with someone handing me a SOAPP-R form which is misogynistic BS especially when I am not on pain meds & I understood they don't prescribe actual pain meds anyways. Dr Kim walked in the room, said I cant help you & left the room! I was gaslit when I called WDHs patient services. I received a letter claiming I was told I needed "tertiary care" I had to look it up & the dr never said that or I would have asked what it meant & not had to look it up when I got the insulting letter from Wentworth Douglas... read more

The previous edition at Marshbrook offered more services (there was a travelling DME salesman who comes to you) but for this practice what they do may be effective enough for some patients, I had 3 fold better results in Dover at DMC next to the fire station, especially Dr. Hsu at their Pain center. On July 23rd I went in to have the nerves in my neck and shoulder burned with radio frequency. I don't know what Dr Kim actually did but whatever it was, it has left me in far more pain than I was in before I went there. Now my pain level is a constant 7-9 it never goes away. 6 weeks later my upper back hurts to touch and the pain goes down my upper arm where there was none before.
