Lori the phlebotomist was phenomenal. Very quick and painless, especially since I don’t love getting blood work. Bonus points for the pictures of her cats on the wall.
I’ve tried twice now to get lab work done. I’ve made an appointment both times like they tell you too, and both times I’ve waited for more than half an hour with no sign of any provider or communication about how long the waits will be. The appointments are useless and you’ll end up having to wait anyway. Zero stars, do not recommend
Leaving this review just to say how WONDERFUL your phlebotomist Laurie is. I hate needles and i have never felt her poke me once even though ive had to go in multiple times through my pregnancy. She knows exactly what she's doing!! It's always very quick and entirely painless. Give that woman a raise
