Im waiting for my first appointment, and litterally just heard another patient say how bad the parking is around here and she was 2 minutes late. I was not made aware there's no parking, so consequently it made me late. The receptionists are not very polite nor well trained on how to deal with new patients. I, in fact, temporarily parked my car to let them know I was here (on time) just trying to find parking. When I parked and came in she said I'm late and I've been marked as DNA.
