Avoid at all costs: the manager may pose a risk both mentally and physically. On top of that, the director engages in questionable practices, she may ask you to pay a deposit for a key you don’t even receive, and you’ll likely never get that deposit back. For instance, in a room for five people, we were only given two keys...

This is a budget motel and the rooms somewhat reflect this. The rooms were extremely clean (just small). Had all the amenities that we required on our overnight stay. Shower pressure was low. Beds were comfortable. The manager on site was lovely and accommodating.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward backpackers and farm workers. Communication was often aggressive, with frequent shouting and rude behavior, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. It is also concerning that workers are charged around $5 per hour from their wages, which feels unfair and exploitative. Many workers felt pressured and had no choice but to accept these conditions.
