I had my first new patient appointment, today with Eunice Ewe. She was very good, personable and understanding. My only advice is that if you are a pensioner or on a lower income, you go on payday because you need to pay upfront before getting the Medicare rebate (ie you need enough in your account to pay). If you can call the practice first to get the prices. Thankyou.
Dr Austen is kind, compassionate, intelligent, knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I highly recommend her.
