Absolutely wonderful service! Bought an IO 540 C4B5 and forgot to ask if it had a hydraulic pump on it, after I got the engine I noticed it never had one (my mistake for not asking). I called back to see if I could buy one and they sent me everything needed for set the engine up for the hydraulic pump for free! Couldn’t ask for better people or better customer service! I will be coming here for all my parts needs from now on!
Bought a set of used cowlings that were deemed repairable, with pictures of 2 areas of damage. I received cowlings with 4 areas of easily identified damage. I was offered a return with refund but no consideration of a discount for misrepresentation. I also was told I would get some associated parts and STC paperwork, which I did not. I won’t buy from them again.
