The food was excellent but I wish the service reflected that. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order and throughout our entire dinner we were not checked on once. Despite all of other tables getting refills on rice, drinks, etc. It was made apparent that my party and I were not a priority. I would be willing to maybe try this place again but after this experience I will think twice.
I order every week the same product (three cups chicken) for $18.95 to go. I ordered today 8/26 and I arrived there 40 minutes later. My order was not ready yet waited for 5 minutes to get it. When I arrived home open it the portion of the three cups chicken only half of the regular order. This restaurant product quality is inconsistent.
Wen’s Kitchen is a great spot to come with friends and share a meal. The food has always been delicious, and getting one of the giant whole fish dishes for the table is especially fun to share with a group. The space itself is definitely on the smaller side, but that gives it a cozy vibe rather than taking away from the experience. Great food and a fun place to eat together!
We have eaten in and the past two visits were take away. Even with a 50 mile drive the food was authentic, hot, and AMAZING
Had high expectations coming to this popular shop, but flavor wasn't authentic.
