I had a chance encounter with this company as a " professional" reference from Lowe's for a garage door installation and a couple of new toilet installs. I buy the products from Lowes and their installers provide the installation. The gentleman that showed up was professional and looked at the projects. When he looked at the garage door he released the mechanism that engages the drive. I don't think he meant to but he left the mechanism detached and I wasn't able to get the garage door open. Turned on water illegally--left on with a huge leak, that was not caused by them, but by the county. They will not claim any responsibility. Will not even have the decency to call back---Do not stand behind their work. Do not recommend. The leak was there the whole time and if they had been doing their job; they would not have left the water on
