This is an elderly housing Authority. Beautifully maintained, with amazing grounds, they even have garden plots where the residence can grow their own flowers and vegetables. They also have a greenhouse. At the end of the property is a barn with a giant field and a small pond. Simply the most amazing Authority I have ever seen. I believe you have to be over the age of 60 to apply, nevertheless, it is gorgeous.
I waited on the list 7 YEARS for senior housing-and hit the jackpot! We have great residents. We have a bake-off in my building-muffns! cookies! breads left at my doorstep, a lovely community hall, community gardens, a greenhouse-and are walkable to the MBTA train, post office, doctor's offices, pizza shop/great restaurants, CVS, library, grocery stores, a Food Project Farm and conservation land walking trails. Sweet life.
Beautiful place to live with friendly residents.
