My only concern that was brought to my attention long after the job was done was does laying the metal directly on shingles void the warranty of the metal? I was told by a realtor that it does. That when metal expands and contracts, the asphalt shingle can ware the paint off the bottom side of the metal and cause rust. Jason Cline
