Mike Wenger and his team went above and beyond for me. While installing my hot water heater, they discovered that the previous install was incorrectly plumbed, which was causing a lot of my problems. They fixed the issue and I now have the quality and length of hot water that I am supposed to! I am so grateful for their persistence and willingness to make sure that the job was done right. Thank you!

The owner Mike is truly a one-of-a-kind person, who is not only a plumbing guru, but he genuinely cares about the customer. He is SO generous about sharing his expertise and advice as he addresses your specific service issue. Mike and Damon kept us updated on arrival. They worked us into their schedule because we didn't have hot water. Damon was professional and friendly. I like that he suggested a couple safety features as we live in a 3rd floor condo, answered all our questions and cleaned up after installation. We bought a beautiful condo with dated appliance, so thankful we found Wenger Plumbing. Thank you both for making this stressful time so much easier!!!

I have a tankless water heater and sent Mr. Wenger photos because my hot water was not working. Mr. Wenger took the time to review my pictures and assisted me with trying to diagnose the issue. Thankfully I only needed to change out my batteries. Mr. Wenger was Professional and responded quickly to any questions that I had. Great customer service!!! Thank you!!!

Our water heater went out on a Friday late afternoon. Read other reviews before contacting Mike at Wenger Plumbing. Mike is a business owner who does more than a job, he cares! Mike take the time to go through what can be expected by explaining based off of your problem. His Technician Damon was a cut above the best when it came to being on time, professionalism and honesty. Would recommend Wenger Plumbing and will call them for any other issues in the future.
