When it was time to shop for a Medicare supplement plan I started getting lots of offers by mail and by phone. It wasn’t easy to sort out the legitimate offers from the scams. Go somewhere else if you want personal service; if you want your agent to have your back - because "it's counter-productive" for them to communicate with you if you happen to miss a payment without realizing it. It doesn't matter if you've been a solid, paying client for several years. It's clear they just want to collect the premium from you then send you on your way.
Great people they work hard for you and will be sure your well taken care of.
