I was riding from Pt Pirie to Wagga and decide the Ivanhoe was enough for the day, after seeing so many roos and goats on and near the roads. On arrival I had a choice of in-room shower or an outside one - I took the in-room one. The room was very clean, organised and well appointed: coffee, tea, milk, and most importantly, biscuits! Because of the phone company I'm with, I had no connectivity, so the lady there let me use her phone. Didn't stay, but a great little supermarket and gift shop. Only fuel for miles, and food selection very good.
We stayed in the caravan park behind the old service station. Amenities were spotless, and it was nice and quiet all night. The old pub across the road has closed down but it was only a short walk to the RSL for a top feed! Wendy was friendly and helpful booking us in. Just spewing we couldn't of had a drink at the Ivanhoe hotel...
