Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Sally helped me pick a dress that was flattering on me and was very eager to help however she could. I would recommend them to any bride looking for a more personal experience with people who have been in the business a long time.
I picked Wendy's Bridal for my very first wedding dress experience. It was more perfect than I could have imagined. The staff were ALL very friendly and relaxed and accommodated my large bridal party with gracious hospitality, and didn't even mind at all when they started pulling dresses of the racks for me to try on. I had the pleasure of working with Mandi and Barb. I have to admit, i am not "typical" in my enthusiasm for wedding preparations. In fact, i dreaded the dress shopping experience and had a few failed attempts before peeking into Wendy's one Friday afternoon. The store was quiet and that was already helpful. I had a great experience with Wendy's Bridal Cincinnati and their alterations office. They were very polite, trustworthy, and flexible throughout the process which was especially helpful being an out of town bride. I had no issues and never stressed about my dress - Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful time shopping for my dress, and even returned to buy my bridesmaids dresses there. They were wonderful with communicating to be about who had been sized, and who still needed to pay. I had a wonderful experience with them!
