This place sucks. Automated drive thru system sucks. Didn’t acknowledge us at the drive thru box. Drove up to the window and saw no employees inside. Walked in the door and no one was behind the counter. Decided to call just to see if anyone would answer and no one picked up the phone. What a waste of a restaurant space in Gray. Do better.
Terrible service, food was cold, unprofessional, smoking out in front of the restaurant in large groups, I will never dine in here again you lost a customer. Sucks for you guys I eat out a lot.
I just went to this establishment and they were out of the vanilla frosty and I did it through a mobile order and they told me that they couldn’t refund me and I was gonna have to go through the app and they didn’t know how to do that and “ I was going to have to figure that out “ so I went to cancel the order and they told me it wasn’t possible so I’m out of money and ice cream.
