Burgers, fries and chili were great
I visited this restaurant about 2 weeks ago. It had only been open about 2 weeks, then. I have always liked Wendy's food, and there are just not that many around. So, I go to the entrance doors, and the right one is already broken. Not a real big deal, there. Placed order, came to $12.18. I handed the cashier $12, and as I was reaching for the change, she felt like I was short changing, and said, "It's $12.18." We ordered on the mobile app. Pulled up to the window and they told us they had to make new chili and pulled us forward. Wasn’t a big deal until they came out said oh we don’t have any more chili would you like a large and a small fry instead. I’m sorry I don’t want just fries for my dinner. The chili was the main course. We told them no we didn’t want to have just fries. That we wanted a refund. They sent out someone who was one of the managers I guess.
