If I could give a lower score, I would. We got Wendy's today and the fries had hair and fuzz in them while my hamburger had a bite mark (with missing hamburger) in the patty. Pretty grossed out and with the health concerns we are dealing with, it is sort of scary that this is what is considered to be acceptable.
Burgers were extremely undercooked. They messed up our order to the max. We ordered two chicken sandwiches and two burgers. We received 3 burgers, and one chicken sandwich. Two of the burgers was practically raw. Some employees weren’t wearing masks. The employees that wearing masks weren’t covering their nose. This Wendy’s never fails to disappoint me.
We have tried to eat here on two occasions, both times we are not able to. First time, they were out of bacon. This time, cash only. Not going to try a third time.
Been to this location twice. The first time they were out of frosty's. This time they had no large cups. And they wanted to give me attitude about asking for more ketchup. Won't be back
