So I was missing food, went back with all the food and the receipt and the card purchased for the order. The host was Alissa and the cashier was Joslynn on 05/02/26 time 5:27 pm when food was ordered when got home missing 3 items out of the bag. The junior bacon cheeseburger X2 and a four piece nugget. When I went back very rude and questioned about the missing food... I don't really appreciate me spending my money there and getting treated like i'm a criminal when a pay good money for my order.........

When I dine from wendys, I use the app and order ahead of the time. No matter if I come 20 mins, or within 5 mins of placing my order in, I wait 25 to 30 mins. Thats not my biggest complaint. Tonight there was no one in the lobby and no one in the drive thru line. They had me wait 30 mins. They let me know they were waiting on chicken (which was not apart of any of my stuff).
