I had waited for my food for about 15 minutes with only one car in front of me. I had received the food excepting warm yummy food and got hard burger buns, soggy chicken nuggets and fries that tasted like they were stepped on with gross feet. It was not very pleasant.
The reason for three stars has nothing to do with the people here. I found the cashier and other workers to be very helpful. The restaurant was a bit dirty and needed to be cleaned (floor vacuumed and tables wiped off). There seemed to be confusion in what we ordered and the bun on my burger was a bit dried out. These things are fixable.
