I went there yesterday later at night and had ordered some of their saucy chicken nuggets, when we pulled up to the window the worker at it told us they were being made fresh and asked if it was okay if we waited FOUR MINUTES. We said yes, and pulled. Mind you, we were the ONLY customers there. 10 minutes later, we’re still the only customer and nobody had brought my food. This picture should be an indication of the level of quality that Back of House has. If yall can't pay your workers enough to care about the customer there is no reason yall should have a franchise. Blatantly just threw the fries in there. I've worked fast food. The man making my order popped out to see who was buying i guess and then decided to do this. I don't think you'll get my $ if I have a choice. They could have cursed me out and I'd feel less insulted
I never eat this food but I went to get a cheeseburger for my husband. The person at the counter seemed like he wasn't having much fun. When I asked a question about the cheeseburger, he looked at me like I was nuts
Do NOT go on Thursday at least. We waited 15 minutes in an empty drive-through for the food. That is not fast food. I know we’re having issues with finding employees in this town, but shoot! What the bleep? … Oh, great. And to top it off, they left out parts of the order. Brilliant.
Baked potatoe was dry and tasted bland could of used butter only gave me sour cream bothers are starting to get tasteless
