The manager Ramiro repeatedly looked at me and ignored me. Made no effort to make things right when I let him know that it had been 20 minutes and I had just ordered a frosty. I ended up just walking out. Ill never eat at Wendy's again
Corey, at the Wendy's on Crestwood, was absolutely wonderful to me. I was in the parking lot, feeling ill. He noticed, came out twice to check on me and to ask if he could help, in anyway. He absolutely went above and beyond. He is 💯a top notch employee. To Corey, I hope you see this, thank you again, for your kindness and watching out for me!
It has been over ten years since I last visited Wendy's, and this experience ensures I won't be back anytime soon. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries with no salt, and a mix of vanilla and chocolate Frostys. Instead, I was given a Junior Cheeseburger with absolutely no bacon. The fries were barely warm and tasted like they had been refried with salt. Because the overall quality and hygiene felt so lacking, I didn't even trust drinking the Frosty.
