Been here a numerous of times! Never again will I ever give Wendy's ANY OF MY MONEY after the experience I had around 1am today. Waited 25+ min for a chicken sandwich because they messed up the 1st time. Was totally disrespected by a crew member and the manager working had no idea how to do her job or control her employee. To be called bitches and muthafuckas by an employee is totally unacceptable! I did my best to stay calm but this guy darquelo is the worst and does not! Need to be working with the public! The staff were too busy complaining about their personal lives, their rents, and their district manager! 5 minute standing by the register before the lady decided to come on over. Then I told her I wanted a double stack with cheese only and they gave me everything on it but she's! Then when I brought it back up she said "I aint do that wrong! Terrible terrible service

The manager today treated me like shit and refused to give me his name he said hell no ! When i asked him and he shut the drive thrue window and locked it . I walked inside threw my food and insisted to get my money back . I feel bad for wendys bad customer service bad business lose customers.
