My mobile app wouldn't work so we pulled up to the window and we got ignored for 15 to 20 min then when we said that we were having problems the manager I guess started screaming at us to come inside over and over again so a friend went inside to see what went wrong an when he returned with our food it was disgustingly cold and all around gross.
No line , nice staff, a bit pricey but overall goood

I grew up with this Wendy's and I hate watching it continue to go downhill, quickly. When you walk in there are more than enough people in the kitchen for someone to at least be watching the door for someone coming to the counter. You have to wait unnoticed for 5+ minutes.
