Customer service is sub par. Buyer beware. Read all the fine print. After saying they were going to give me a spare tire they reneged on it. Then they don't take credit card unless they charge a ridiculous fee. Wasn't told that until we were completing the transaction. After buying a spare tire they didn't give it to me and I had to go back and get it. Wouldn't buy a trailer from them again and I would definitely not buy one from Cody. Their excuses are pathetic. Wish I could give this place a 6 star!!! Jimmy was phenomenal. We drove 3 hrs one way to get an enclosed trailer. He talked to my mother n law before we even left. He sent her all the paperwork, so we would not have to be there all day signing stuff. He had a trailer reserved for us when we got there. She just had to finalize a couple of pages on paperwork. Jimmy was very polite, very professional, and just a real down to earth, straight forward guy. We loved our visit. We definitely am glad Jimmy was the man we dealt with. ... read more
