I felt very relaxed in Wendy’s presence. This was before the facial even began and then I got to experience her skilled hands through the face and neck massages. The facial felt SO good. Wendy was extremely professional and explained the process throughly. She answered all questions I had, and never rushed me. As for technique, she used several different products and methods and each one felt different! She utilized oxygen and so many other elements I’ve never had from a facial before!
