Wendy Thompson is awesome! She is the perfect combination of being a great negotiator so that you can get the most when selling but also make sure you are an educated buyer. Her industry knowledge when buying and selling a home makes the process easy and stress free. She also takes the time to make sure you understand every aspect of the process and it is not moving too fast. I would gladly recommend her to anyone buying and/or selling without hesitation!

Trying to buy a home from out of state and knowing I would not be able to physically see the home myself was scary. Working with Wendy was the best choice I could have made. Her knowledge of the area and market, along with the fact that she really listened to my wants and needs, put me at ease and made the process seamless.
