I am not one to leave reviews but felt more inclined here. For those who want an incredibly intense deep tissue massage, go here. Granted my muscles are very tight, but the pressure was so hard I’m left with bruises, and the kneading was so fast that there was zero time to relax. The masseuse was not very responsive to feedback, so be prepared to practice deep breathing lol. I’m sure his method is loved by some but it was too intense for me. Wendy Spa has been extremely helpful in helping me navigate my back pain! The quality of massages here is extremely good and great for those looking for either relaxation or pain relief. In addition, I love the fact that they keep in extremely clean inside as guests are given sandals to wear. Highly recommended, Jack especially is amazing
I've been getting massages in the area for years and this was by far the best! Jack knew exactly where my pain was coming from without me telling him and helped so much with my knots and tightness in my shoulders. I can tell he really cares about pain and tension relief. I will be back!!
Jack is phenomenal. You can tell they really care here. Super welcoming, all my knots are gone. Also great for the price vs shops in Manhattan that do a half ass job for double the price.
