Professional and compassionate a great team of doctors, nurses, and staff always go the extra mile to help and make sure their patients understand and get the treatment they need 100% recommended
Very helpful in getting my son his medication. Most of the staff is patient with him (he's on the spectrum) and understanding of having to repeat things. Doctors don't always understand the struggles of poverty though, and can be rather judgmental. But overall we're happy with the care he's gotten there
I am a school nurse, and have been very thankful for the services provided by the Wendy Novak Diabetes Center to my students with Diabetes. The healthcare providers who work there are always willing to help, and they understand that the school nurse is a part of the health care team for the student. I love having this caliber of a place for our families to get help, information, training, and expert medical care.
