ER told me to go to her after a severe gallbladder attack to get my gallbladder out. Because she didn't see any stones she told me to go see a regular doctor, she can't help. I wouldn't have an issue with that if she wasn't loudly talking and laughing about me not having a gp doctor in the hall while I was in the room hearing everything. Very skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. She's meticulous and stays on top of the most recent standards. Very compassionate and nonjudgmental. Her PA, Justine, is also very knowledgeable and conscientious. I trust them with my life and my family's lives.
Meh- Not impressed. While I’m sure she is a GREAT doc if you have a severe medical impediment. If not, she can come across as having a lukewarm bedside manner, which can come across as rude and dismissive. Often times routine appointments scheduled in advance are canceled last minute, which is a huge inconvenience and Patient dissatisfier.
