Dr. Newell and her staff provided excellent care and support to me during my breast cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment for cancer in 2018 and annual follow-up since successful surgery and radiation and annual follow-up since that time. Their support by scheduling all my appointments with oncology and additional testing was above and beyond, as I discovered when talking with other women who did not benefit from this by their providers. Compassion, empathy and explains every step of the process.
ER told me to go to her after a severe gallbladder attack to get my gallbladder out. Because she didn't see any stones she told me to go see a regular doctor, she can't help. I wouldn't have an issue with that if she wasn't loudly talking and laughing about me not having a gp doctor in the hall while I was in the room hearing everything. This was a while ago last spring but I STILL have not been able to find a doctor that can take me and my insurance. I told her my doctor had retired so that's why I was in between doctors.
