We were sell a mobile home in a mobile home park. The landlord was very difficult to deal with. He turned down a cash buyer and another potential cash buyer backed out because of the landlord. Wendy wound up representing both us a the buyers. It went very well even though the landlord made demands that were not normal for both us and the buyer. Wendy hung in there and made the deal go through. I thank her for that.
