My son got 3 shots, as soon as we got home he was complaining of a headache running a temp, I thought its normal after 3 shots. Gave him meds. The fever wouldn't go down. The next day he was feeling worse I called 4 times 3 hours later NO RESPONSE from either the nurse or the Dr. Wendy Lotts she was on call that day. I asked the receptionist what nurse is going to call me back, she said we have SEVERAL its who ever gets to your message first. 3 hours later noone called back. Dr. Mina Girbes Is the best. She is so caring and attentive. Being a first time mom I had a lot of questions and concerns, she was able to put my mind at ease. The staff is also excellent at all three locations. Several times when my son got sick they were able to accommodate him into their busy schedule to tend to him.
