Do not go here ever!! Wendy Ho is the rudest most unprofessional person i have ever encountered. She’ll lock you in her store then berate you under the assumption you can’t afford her overpriced glasses. She is an abomination of a human being !!!!
Wendy Ho’s glasses are absolutely gorgeous!! She’s the most thorough & intelligent optometrist i've ever been to, with an advanced array of equipment usually only found in an opthalmologist’s practice. She has the latest modern frames from Copenhagen to Milan to Tokyo & beyond. So happy with my new Retrosuperfuture sunglasses + Lindberg prescription + Tom Ford titanium customs! Thank you Wendy!!
Wendy Ho is very rude, no people’s skill, horrible horrible customer service! I tried to take photo of me to send to my hubby because I’ll be spending $1,000 but was told not to. I will not recommend for people to purchase anything from her. An unpleasant and awful experience from her. She should go back to her country where she came from and work her business there. There’s plenty of the same or better style than hers in the Sydney CBD called Boutique optometrist and staff aren’t rude.
