A frustrating experience. I had already seen Dr Singh, had 2 EKG’s done, was told to come in so we could do nothing but have a visit so she could order a heart catheter be done. Then I was made to do another EKG, not sure why. She then told me she wanted a heart catheter done in the next week, that the office would clear it with insurance and get back to me soon. Was very pleasant and explained everything very well. It was very comfortable atmosphere.
My very first experience at Northwest cardiology I have be honest it wasn’t a very good one. One of the nurses at the nurses station was extremely rude. Dr. Singh made me wait almost an hour in the exam room. For a 5 minute conversation Needless to say I was not very happy when I left. switching over to Wendy was the best decision I made. It was a great , i brought a good book just in case I needed it.
