Both the doctor and the secretary are rude, inconsiderate, dismissive, have zero manners, and no time management skills. My mother and I scheduled our first appointments with this office to have the first two appointments of the day, 8 and 8:15am. Had my first appointment with Dr. Wendy Bonner at her Towson Office today (5/27/25). The appointment was at 830 am but I wasn’t seen until after 9 am. The exam went well and she was very informative. I made my appointment and received an incomplete prescription. I didn’t notice it was incomplete until I was on my way home. I called three times in the next hour and a half. Very good experience with Dr. Hecht she answered all my questions & did a thorough exam prior to surgery and I would recommend her. I was thankful to find such a knowledgeable doctor to help me.
