I paid Dr. Wendy Chen 4k dollars up front for my braces. You'd think that with full payment for a service and her time that I would've received a little more kindness, patience, and gratitude but that wasn't always the case. I am a current patient of Dr. Chen and I really believe it was an awful decision to work with her. The main reason is that she is extremely dishonest and tries to save cent by cent through lowering down the quality of the work. My teeth were not that bad and I needed moderate corrections. I selected the clear aligners and she said it would take 18 months to be fixed. However after a year of commitment and wearing my trays 22 hours per day, I see very small improvements. She’s been working on my sons teeth for 2 years. She knows her business very professional and a very wonderful person. The office girls are amazing. They know what’s going on with each patient. The whole group works wonderfully together. It will be a sad day when he gets his braces off.
We appreciate the good work they provided for my son's misalignment problem due to his jaw issue (TMJ). He is no longer having symptoms. Dr. Chen understands the importance of assessing the whole picture and not just the teeth when it comes to orthodontics. Their office staff is very good and easy to deal with.
