I paid Dr. Wendy Chen 4k dollars up front for my braces. You'd think that with full payment for a service and her time that I would've received a little more kindness, patience, and gratitude but that wasn't always the case. So much so that my husband and I decided it was time to end my treatment prematurely. We decided to eat the cost to find peace and better care at another practice. I am a current patient of Dr. Chen and I really believe it was an awful decision to work with her. The main reason is that she is extremely dishonest and tries to save cent by cent through lowering down the quality of the work. My teeth were not that bad and I needed moderate corrections. I selected the clear aligners and she said it would take 18 months to be fixed. However after a year of commitment and wearing my trays 22 hours per day, I see very small improvements.
