The front office personnel for this provider are terrible. They are rude and not helpful at all in terms of answering questions. Forget about making an appointment as they make you feel as though they are doing you a favor for providing access to their doctors. Their entire front office should be sent for customer service training. You would think that Dr. Samach was the only Gastroenteroligist in New Jersey!
They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff seems to know what they're doing, They were able to answer most of my questions. the only ones they didnt were the ones they needed the doctor's advice for. They didn't pressure me to buy anything. . I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. they were efficient with their (and MY) time.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
