She made my 2nd experience with the practice SO MUCH better than the 1st. She's a wealth of knowledge and I trust her as a physician.
She takes the time to truly listen during consultations, to fully answers questions and address concerns, and she gives her professional opinion in a friendly and graceful manner. My daughter saw Dr. McDonald in February 2020. Dr. McDonald administered a Pap smear. My daughter was informed a few days later that the test result was normal. Well, recently (over a year later) my daughter has been told by her primary doctor that the PAP smear was NOT normal and there were signs of abnormalities. The primary doctor was able to view the Pap results from 2020, but the results were not visible to my daughter in the patient portal. She is now advised to have a colposcopy! I saw Dr. Goodall McDonald as a new patient based on a personal referral. The office is organized and modern. Everything went down hill during the consultation in the meeting room/her office before my annual exam. While answering her questions and sharing with her my background with fibroids and an embolization procedure I had years ago, she asked if I wanted children. Dr. McDonald is the best of the best. She is caring, friendly and most important knows her stuff!!! Every time I see her, it's like we are friends. She always answers my questions, is able to put me at ease, and shows how much she cares.
She wouldn't see me because I left my health insurance card at home. I live close by and asked if I could run home real quick after our appointment, but she refused and said I'd have to pay cash. It turns out that the medical condition I was experiencing needed urgent attention, no thanks to her I'm lucky to be alive.
Absolutely wonderful & made me feel so comfortable. She is very compassionate & truly wants the best for her patients. I completely trust her & would recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled MD with fantastic bedside manner.
