My experience with Dr. Stern was truly impressive. She was a consummate health care professional, truly listened and accurately diagnosed the condition I was experiencing and provided support and education. I would recommend Dr. Stern to anyone seeking an otolaryngologist. I am a health care professional, and I wouldn't see anyone else.
Dr. Stern is the only ENT who has taken the time to diagnose my sinus issues correctly, and treat me appropriately. For years, I suffered with recurring sinus infections, and everyone I saw gave me an antibiotic and sent me on my way, and within two months, I'd be back again. Dr. Stern was the first and only doctor to agree this wasn't normal, and sent me for a ct scan to see what the root cause was. I needed surgery to correct the problem. I would not recommend Dr Wendy Stern or her staff. I went to her for many years. One of my issues was severe ear pain. She insisted I had TMJ which I DID NOT. Even after having a panaramic xray and an MRI which showed I didn't she insisited that I did. I stopped going to her in 2014. Three years later, my new primary care physician recommended I see an ENT but understood I didn't want to waiste my time going back to Dr Stren.
