Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
