Dr. Oman is a great psychologist and really helped me with a low time. That being said, I left her practice due to billing issues. For co-pay she takes cash only. I paid with a large bill and asked that the leftover cash be applied to my next visit. A record of this was never recorded and I was made out to be a liar. Trust with her was broken and I chose not to return. Dr. Oman is an amazing psychologist. I saw the 1 star review left here and felt the need to say a few things: 1. She is organized and keeps records on payments 2. She is honest and loyal to her patients so I cannot fathom her taking money just to say she cannot help the person. In my experiences, she was always transparent about what was happening. 3. Charged me 180 after telling me she couldn’t help me. Didn’t even try to give me the resources that I needed. Sent me some recommendations yet they didn’t do what I needed.
