Great response time.
Visited this business and chose a carpet, the salesperson gathered my information, set an appointment and that is the last I heard from them. I called and left a voice mail asking if I had misunderstood the appointment time and still have not received a return call. This is disappointing, all you hear is “shop small, shop local” and when one tries this is the result.
