Adding this review on behalf of my mom Brenda. She was a resident at their Berkley Landing property in Riviera Beach,FL. She moved out in May and somehow the refund check for her deposit ,was stolen and rdc deposited by someone into a Capital One banking account. They have continuously given my mom the run around about the status of the "investigation" and still won't even issue the money to her. My mom was an excellent tenant and always paid on time. Horrible Property Management company. I live in one of the new "affordable living" apartments in florida. There's nothing affordable when your rent increase 3x since living there for 6 months! Not only that, the letters that goes out to residents all have different pricing, even if your both in the same category for rent. The fired the first property manager for shady handle of money. Doors are never locked, unless it's to the community room, and fitness center or pool, which is hardly open to residents. When is rains, it fl... read more

There are not enough allowable words to express my disappointment and disgust for The Landings At Sea Forest and their parent company Wendover Housing Partners. My mother in law lived there for just over a year and had a fall in Sept. that resulted in her having a broken hip & wrist. After she fell we found out that the emergency pull cords in the apartments don't work, the staff is useless when trying to get a welfare check done and the staff is non-responsive when trying to get answers to questions about situations like th... read more
