I owe the lady who met me at the door an apology, but I do not apologize for this review! Ma’am it is not your fault the power went out! However, having a printed copy of your schedule, with phone numbers, so you can contact patients in these situations would be most appreciated. I had to ask special permission to leave work early so I could be there before 4 to get bloodwork done. My 90 year old husband was very congested. Their webpage said that took walk ins. But the would not see him for a week. He could have been dead by then. Terrible service, actually, NO service.

They say that a PA is on duty 5 days a week, on Oct 25, there was not a PA on duty-when asked why not the site manager basically told me it was none of my business-her attitude was the worst I have ever dealt with

TL;DR: the PA misdiagnosed me, which resulted in me developing a serious infection and needing surgery that could have been prevented I came in with several bumps on my skin that looked like they were getting infected. The PA took one quick glance at them and said they were bug bites, then prescribed me a topical antibiotic. I mentioned that the bump on the back of my thigh was much worse than the one on my arm, but he didn't ask to examine it.
