You aren’t paying Josh enough. I don’t know his salary, but I know it’s not enough. In today’s world, customer service and help sucks. But I always appreciate the time and attention Josh takes to help with problems I have with my Titan. This time it was a roof leak, and it wasn’t the first time. Josh did it again. He’s exceptional at what he does…which is take care of business. I had asked another service provider about my delaminated stereo and was told no…doesn’t apply. I brought it up to Josh and he actually handled the issue with Nissan and got me a new radio quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Josh. He’s awesome and a cut above. Give that guy a raise! He takes care of the customer when others won’t.
