So I am a long standing patient of Westchase Orthopedic and my dr (dr P Horan) has sold practice and Dr Bulmer is now the main Dr. I called and made an appointment and receptionist ran my insurance to verify they take my ins (same insurance I have had over 7yrs). Day of appt less than hr prior I receive call asking to change appt to afternoon due to a Dr conflict.
